[Feature Request] Support for Rabl markup

Rabl is a commonly used markup to generate JSON, XML, and other formats.  It is commonly used in Ruby/RoR for setting up API responses. Gems for Rabl use can be found here:

It would be great to have native Rabl markup support in the RubyMine editor.
