Help finding a feature/option/plugin

I used to have a bar between the toolbar and the editor tabs.  This bar showed the path of the file currently being edited.  Each directory in that path was also a pull down shpwing all of the other files in that directory.

But I can't find a place in the settings to change it, I can't spot a plugin that might have had those settings.  It's possible that I dreamed the whole thing (but I don't think so) and it's possible that that functionality isn't in the latest EAP.  I don't have access to my old .RubyMine50 directory anymore either.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?  Can you point me toward getting it set back up?  Am I slowly going bonkers?
