Can't see "Evaluate Expression" window (RubyMine 4 113.18)

Hi,

Trying to go Run > Evaluate Expression and the "Evaluate Expression" window doesn't seem to come up - is it just me or a bug?

it's indeed a bug, it was fixed and we're preparing bugfix update.
