My folders in my project window are gone.
But they still appear on the top row browser.
Some git repos show it, this other one i'm in somehow doesn't show the folders anymore.
Attached is a picture in case i'm not clear.

This is a knonw issue: RUBY-9997
Workaround: remove .idea folder and create project from sources. Feel free to vote, comment and track progress of it.

Cool. Simply removing the .idea folder causes rubymine to complain that its missing. When building from souce, you may have to rename your project folder something different from the previously corrupted folder name.
