RubyMine 3.1.1 - Release Notes

Hi,

if I click on the release notes link in your Updade Message (http://confluence.jetbrains.net/display/RUBYDEV/RubyMine+3.1.1+%28build+103.260%29+Release+Notes), then I have to log in to confluence, which I don't want.
Release notes to 3.1.1RC and 3.1.1RC2 was visible to everyone...
