Where to get "com.intellij.lang.javascript"

Hi

I am trying to develop a test runner for Meteor and I am using the Karma plugin as reference, yet I cannot even compile it, since all "com.intellij.lang.javascript.*" libraries are missing. Where can I obtain them?
