Cannot update list of plugins from server
Now when I open Plugin Manager, IDEA tries to fetch plug-in list in about 15 seconds then it shows "List of plugins was not loaded: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference."

The "ssh" plugin broke it. But actually it seems it's the server-side part of the plugin repository that creates the broken XML because the plugin's xml-descriptor is valid.
