Is this true? How would one go about embedding HTML into a custom language, which would be required for competent PHP support? A developer here would like to create such a plugin for another template language.

As far as I know, there are no news in this regard compared to the last time this issue was discussed here. The original question was so vague that I don't really have much idea of what functionality the original poster expected.
