Rearranger bug with main and extracted methods

Using the default configuration (with or without 'Confirm before
rearranging' toggled on) the rearranger incorrectly identifies all
'other' methods as being extracted methods from the Main method.

See the attached screen shot of the confirmation dialog for the order
that it is trying to impose.

If I uncheck the 'Move extracted methods...' rule, it works as expected.
