PropertiesEditor Plugin - Problems with "Unused properties"

Brilliant plugin, but I've got a couple of problems with the "Unused properties list":

1. When I select the "Delete unused property" button, the property is deleted from the properties file - but not from the unused properties list.

2. The "Comment" button does not appear to do anything, either in the properties file or to the list.
