[Plugin Request]: Explorer context menues

Hi,

please find attached a pre-release of a properties-plugin I'm working on.

You can open a property-window for an editor file either using context-menu
or CtrlAltShift+P shortcut. The dialog contains buttons to open the file
with the platform's default application and show the file in the platforms
default shell. You can also copy the file's path in several variations.

Currently only windows is supported.

It is planned to register actions for start- and open-command so one can
associate keyboard shortcuts in order to execute them without opening
a properties dialog window.
