[ANN] RemoteSynchronizer 1.0.3
New version of RemoteSynchronizer is available at
http://www.intellij.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/RemoteSynchronizer
Changes :
- works with Ariadna as well as Aurora
- trailing \ or / are preserved after path definition
- fixed bug in computing destination paths : wrong destination paths were
built when source paths contained an included path from another file tree
(eg. src=/test/webinf/test.xml, included=/test/web, src path is not
concerned with included path definition !).

I have two suggestion for your plugin:
- Make the "General" and the "Log" section be part of the "Synchronization
configuration". To be able to set those options for each configuration. It
will be very nice to be able to set to save before for a configuration and
not for another.
- Add the possibility to synchronize by configuration. Add items in the
contextual menu for each configuration. Ex.: I have a "JarCopy"
configuration that will copy some jar files to my server. Having the
possibility to launch the synchronization only for this with a shortcut ( or
via the menu ) will be very nice.

I agree.
I'll try to do this for the next release.
( or
Hum... Would be equivalent to perform SynchronizeAll only for the target
"JarCopy' (which you can do by deactivating all other targets and using
SynchronizeAll shortcut ) ?
Why not. I will think about it.
Thanks for ideas.

It's not the same thing. Example: I have 2 configurations. One that copy my
jsp to the server and the other one (the "JarCopy") that copy my jar files.
I want to be able to have both activated. I'm using Ctrl-* to synchronize my
currently working jsp. But I also want to be able to copy my newly
compilated jar to my server with another shortcut. I don't want to use the
synchronize all (because I have other configuration for other kind of files
that I don't want to be updated at the same time).
Thanks

I understood. I just tried to find the right way do perform this action with
the current version :(SynchronizeAll after deactivating all targets but one,
which is not acceptable). I agree that this would be an interesting option.
Thanks again
