Have Google just repackaged IDEA or have you guys been working together on it?
If you read the comments it is interesting to notice how many people aren't aware of IDEA and how some even think that IDEA is based on eclipse!

But one question... Any reasons to use Android Studio instead of IDEA Ultimate? I.e. will they have the same features or will Android Studio have more Android features than IDEA Ultimate?
