SoapUI plugin unable to hit localhost due to proxy server

Hi,


I'm trying to test localhost, and I'm getting a response from my company's proxy server saying that access is restricted from the category "none".  I had configured my proxy in IDEA (13.1.5) (to enable Maven), and added "localhost" in the "No proxy for" box, but the request still seems to be going to the proxy.  When I disable the proxy setup, I can reach localhost.  Do I have to keep switching my proxy config on and off, depending on what I'm trying to do, or am I doing it wrong?
