Browse subversion repository.. disabled during index rebuild

Hello Taras,

This is indeed wrong. Please file a YouTrack issue.

It seems that when IDEA is rebuilding its indexes, the "Browse
subversion repository" action/pane is disabled.

This does not make much sense to me, since I'd like to (remote
repository) browse content that is not affected by the presence of
local IDEA indexes.
