problem installing 14.0.2

I seem to recall having a similar problem to this with a previous
version of IntelliJ.

I did the install, then it asked "run IntelliJ?"

I ticked yes, and I got the following error message.

"failed to create JVM: error code -1"

I tried a reboot, manual uninstall reinstall,  no joy.

I was able to bypass the problem by manually creating a desktop
shortcut to idea64.exe

I have 64 bit JDK/JRE and 32 bit JRE installed.
