Chain Generate Menu options?

Is it possible to chain actions from the Generate menu (Alt+Ins) into one macro/shortcut?

Basically, I'd like to create my class and private variables, and then generate the getters/setters/toString()/equals() and hashCode() all at the same time with a single shortcut.

You can record a macro via Edit > Macros, give it a name, and then map a shortcut to the macro via Settings > Keymap > macros. Search the help topics for "Macros" for more information.
