File structure on CTRL+F12 dissapeared in 13.1.5?
已回答
Hello,
I am used to some shortcuts not working occasionally (a couple of bugs have been submitted, apparently related to the terminal subsystem).
I restarted the ide, CTRL+F12 is still not accessible here in 13.1.5 on linux mint 17 xfce, can anyone confirm (or infirm) this?
many thanks,
john

Hello.
Please press Ctrl+Shift+A for the Find Action popup. Type "file structure". Is it in the list? Enabled? Has Ctrl+F12 shortcut? The next step depends on the results of this.
Regards,
Alexander.
Thank you for your reply.
Forgot to mention, file structure works from CTRL+SHIFT+A and its key combo shows (CTRL+F12). It's really only the direct shortcut key that doesn't work for me.
Well, seeing no one confirmed this as a bug, it must be related to my specific environment (linux mint and/or wm).
I will try later on the original wm and let you know if it works, at least to isolate this issue..
Solved.
It indeed is related to xfce, more precisley the workspace shortcuts. Removed the offending wm shortcut, now idea is all good.
cheers,
john
Aravinth,
Do you have the "Ctrl+F12" shortcut assigned to the "File Structure" action under Settings | Keymap?
Provide a screencast with the described behavior if it is possible. There is a probability, that the following YouTrack request is related:

Sorry @Konstantin Annikov the shortcuts were mapped wrongly, which lead to this issue. Thank you for sorting this out. :-) Deleted the wrong comment
I faced the same trouble on my linux mint (xfce) machine.
The trouble appears because there is another system shortcut for CTRL+F12.
So make sure to remove it or reassign it with another shortcut.
How to do it: Go to Window Manager > Keyboard and look for the shortcut.
