Keymap for specific *file*

Usually, IDEA keymaps are for actions. But if they were also for files ? For example, I frequently open some pom.xml file and adding it to favorites doesn't really help - I use Ctrl+E or Shift+N most of the time. If I could hit some shortcut to open this specific file - this would be awesome, I think.
