How to stop using EAP

Could someone explain ALL the files that need to be deleted in order to uninstall the EAP version and make a normal version of Idea (Ultimate) not believe that it is an EAP edition? (This is on OSX)

I've deleted the IDE, Jetbrains Preferences, Saved Application State and all system and user cache files. then installed a fresh download of the production app.  It still claims it is Cardea, and still hits the EAP site for updates (even after I change that preference).
