How do I make a feature request for Intellij IDEA?

I'd like to make a feature request for Intellij - where would I submit that?

I came here with the same question. I already know about YouTrack, but if I create a new issue in NewTrack the template it generates seems to assume I'm reporting a bug, rather than requesting a new feature.
Just select "feature" instead of "bug" at right and feel free to ignore the template.
