How can I change the Web Deployment Description version of a Spring Mvc application

I am using the latest version of IntelliJ IDea 12 Ultimate, and when I am creating a new Spring Mvc Application I have a web.xml file with web-app tag carrying the version number 2.4
How can I change this situation and use web-app tag version 3.0 ?
