Please fix IDEA-10122

At the risk of being accused of whining, I'd like to make a plea for getting http://jetbrains.net/jira/browse/IDEA-10122 fixed in Selena sooner rather than later.

Project files don't remember the "References to resources outside project file directory" setting. It reverts back to "Absolute" every time I reopen a project.

I keep forgetting to go back and change this back to 'Relative" before checking in changes to project files, which messes things up quite badly.
