Shift+F1/Ctrl+Q - supposed to work in "Evaluate Expression" window ?

Pressing ShiftF1 in the expression being evaluated inside "Evaluate Expression" (AltF8) window causes a warning message "Please select the element for which you wish to view the documentation":
