is there a way to CREATE tasks in task provider ?
when i'm talking about creatig, i'm not talking about openining a new task based on an existing one in the repo, but actually creating from scratch the task and presist it in bugzilla

Now it's not possible to create task and add one to bugtracker. And this feature not planned in 12 version of IDEA. Anyway you can create issue with the feature request on http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/IDEA.

ok, is there any way to EDIT the tasks? (i'm looking for something similar to mylyn, and i thought the task providers are just that).

Task Management plugin don't provide rich editing of issues, but has other fine applying. Read more on http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/webhelp/managing-tasks-and-context.html to get more about Task Management plugin functionality.
