RFE : Add module dialog : make the "..." button actionable with keyboard

Shift+Enter when the keyboard focus is in the text field?

As far as I can tell, that "..." button is not even on the tab cycle

Hovering the mouse overy any control (e.g. the "..." button) in Idea will show the keyboard shortcut.

Hum ... i'm feeling bad, i was quite sure i had done just that !
But indeed it sure works as you mention it, forget that question
