Strange Android Logcat Behaviour since last Smartphone Update

Hi everybody,

I recently upgraded my Galaxy S3 to Android Version 4.1.1
From this Time the Logcat Output in Idea seems a little bit strange to me.
I cannot change between any LogLevels and also have no Filter-Functionality at all.

The Issue happened on 3 different Computers all running IDEA 11.1.2


Anyone else have the same problem, or is there a fix in 11.1.4 ??
