GitHub Login Problems?

SInce github canned thier v1 and v2 API (https://github.com/blog/1160-github-api-v2-end-of-life) I have been unable to use VCS -> Checkout from Version Control -> Github to clone a repo stored in Github.

Anybody else suffering from this?

I can still pull and push existing projects I have checked out, it's just cloning a new one that's giving me problems, this is affecting me on Windows and OSX so doesn't seem to be related to a specific machine configuration.

IThe version I'm running is 11.1.2 (117.48)
