Cant run or debug my code keeps asking me to edit configuration

I'm trying to run my program but intellij keeps asking to edit config on a normal java program
what should i choose for configuration
i've never had to do this on a normal java program
I've recently had to reinstall intelliJ and maybe I didnt install somthing this time
how do I fix this?
Please help.
