'javadoc like' in custom files?

Hi,

Are there any plans to support javadoc style functionality in custom
files? (maybe to help the LanguageAPI?)

e.g. jsdoc for javascript files(it's the same like javadoc but for js):

Mostly the Ctrl+Q function would be the most interesting :).
