Javascript change signature refactor for move up and move down

A change signature refactor for javascript would be useful for move up and move down.
We dont currently have that in intellij.
It seems possible right?
But back to reality, I just renamed my file to an '.as' extension for actionscript and ta-da, move up and move down possible and working for my javascript !!!
With warnings all over the place, but still working.
