Does not reproduce with both xml files,
could you, please, make and post thread dumps for the problem.

Well, it does not happen now. Hope, this is connected with one of EAP things... Yesterday it happened five or even more times.

Waiting for next EAP, if it'll happen again, I'll store threads dump.

Been there quite a few builds, others have complained, too.
For the first time ever in Irida EAP I am back to 4.5 because this keeps wasting my time.

Can you please fix it soon?
