Empty list of available plugins

Hi,

When I open the Plugins Manager in IDEA 10.0.3 and go to the Available tab, nothing shows up. I can see it connects to http://plugins.intellij.net and it says "Downloading List of Plugins", but when it finishes, the list is empty. No error message. Shouldn't there be a long list of available plugins, or am I missing something?

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
