Cannot find file error in 10.0.3

Since making the update to version 10.0.3, I am unable to open 2 projects windows at once.  When I try to open the 2nd ipr file, I get an error "Cannot find file "<path>"".  This happens no matter which file I try and open first or second.... I can see all my files and open them separately after shutting down IntelliJ.  This happens to me on Windows 7.

Is this a new bug, or did something just go wrong with the update?
