RFE: Intention Action

Declaration of TreeMap< blah, blah > should probably be weakened to Map.

I would have expected an intention action here to actually replace the TreeMap with Map

This is a longstanding known issue, which I had not thought amenable to fixing until today. Today Bas Leijsdekkers should be a PSI trick which might make it workable to have a quickfix for this. No promises, but I will give it a shot.
