javadoc popup position

Hi,
is it possible to set position of javadoc popup? (Quick Documentation Lookup)
I am quite a beginner with IntelliJ and AFAIK I accidentally changed its position and now it is pretty messed up :(

You can drag and resize the popup to any position you prefer.

yes, but it never remembers its new position - so after another documentation lookup, the popup appears on its default position
