Old requests - Tracker/JIRA

I did some checking of my old requests in the Tracker and
in the new JIRA. I found that none of the ones I checked
had been migrated to JIRA. And yes, I did go through and
vote for them.

Now, it may be that someone at Jetbrains has looked through
these requests and rejected them, but it may also be that
a lot of requests from the old Tracker have been missed.
I'm worried that ideas far better than mine will be lost as well.

There has been some discussion lately about how requests
should be added to JIRA, so I thought that instead of just
duplicating my requests there, I'd bring them up here to
see what happens.

Please don't see this as criticism. I'm only trying to find
out if we can help Jetbrains to keep track of useful ideas.
