Move a Module

Is there a way to Move a module into another directory?

So c:\project\test\dev\Module 01 move to c:\project\test\new\dev\Module 01

Right clicking the module and selecting Refactor -> Move seems to bring up move directory, but that doesnt seem to really move the module.
The project still referes to a iml in the old directory, and obviously the older directory stays with a IML file inside it.

Is the only way to delete the module, move it manually and import it?
