Quick javadoc freeze ?

Hi, with built 2013, when I type ctrl+Q for quick javadoc on the method
java.lang.String.toLowerCase(Locale locale) (from JDK 1.4) Idea freeze
(it's a big javadoc with a table)
Does anyone saw something like this ?
