Incredibly slow code analysis in IntelliJ IDEA 9.0.1 and EAP 94.273

Please file an issue at http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/ and attach your snapshot
to that issue.

It might be something to do with my fairly large project, but it
seemed to work fine before and I don't know what changed to cause
this.

The process seems to be CPU bound since one of my cores hits 100% for
the duration of the analysis.

I have a CPU snapshot, but I can't attach it to this form for some
reason.

The snapshot was started, then I static imported a class (just
something to make it re-analyze) then stopped after it finished.
