Build | Build JARs missing in IntelliJ IDEA 9.0 Ultimate

As a previous NetBeans user, I'm used to using JARs rather than classes. In 8.1.4 I could use Build | Build JARs to build JARs, however in 9.0 the option is missing

In IDEA 9 you can use artifacts (Project Structure | Artifacts) to create JAR files.
