Why i always got the error indicates when using idea1074??

EVERY TIME i setup a project with some jsps and web-inf
dir,i met the RED indicates in the IDE that can not resolve the symbol, which havn't happened before
(i just use the normal way to set up the project and the class path )

i use jdk 1.4.2_02
and jre 1.4.2_03

i met the same problem.And when i click "setting" button,i can't see the "Web" button in "Project Settings"
