IDEA could not recognize TagLib in JSP editor

Has anyone such problem?
1032,1035 build

On previous builds everything OK

I had the same problem in 1024 but it seems to work for me in 1035. Do you have your jsps set up as a web module?

Yes i have tried but the same.

Could you describe how you create web module (setting)?

I found then new module setting much harder then previous variant...
