Does IJ cleanup old thread dumps ?
Does IJ cleanup old thread dumps located under .IntelliJIdea8x\system\log ?
I am getting quite a collection and have been manually deleting them to save disk space.

Yes. Thread dumps for the last 10 sessions are stored; older ones are deleted
automatically.

The directory list looked like might have met the "10 last sessions" criterion. But there are hundreds of threadDumps. 7.2G doesn't seem clean to me. I haven't executed my own code in the IDE ever. Hoping that IntelliJ2017 isn't so angry on the occasions I use it.
