Configure Project / Project Properties

Im not a big fan of the separate "Configure Project" and "Project Properties" - since they all pertain to properties of the project in question, why not just keep it simple and merge the two together?

Or, at the very least, add a "Configure Project" right click menu to the Project tab.

We plan to merge them back in the upcoming build.

At last, this feature was frustrating.

Frustrating yes, but I think it served EAPs purpose well. JetBrains had
an idea, some thoughts on a new UI look and feel, moved certain new
functionality to this new window/ui ( leaving the major criticals where
they were ), and experimented for two public builds.

Due to public outcry, plus I might add alot of GOOD POSITIVE feedback to
the general direction of the L&F ( still needs improving in pieces here
and there ).

But unlike development shops who DON'T do an open EAP process, JetBrains
can adapt, evolve, and deliver something that on the 4.0 launch, we
can be just like Bill and Ted, shout in unison "whoah!!!" and have
ourselves a most excellent development adventure.
