Tool windows won't hide

Hi

Using IDEA 9712 on Ubuntu 8.10, java 1.6.0_12.

I've had a problem with hiding tool windows for some number of builds now (I usually run EAP builds). When a tool window is open, e.g. Project, clicking on the hide button causes it to collapse then open again immediately. The Hide All Windows command will close them.

Anyone else seen this? I don't know if I've enabled some unwanted feature or if it's a bug.
