Can be disabled this feature? "- Editor. Tab and Shift+Tab navigate between arguments when Ctrl+P is active"

I'm using ]]> key to all code completion...and this is the main
problem, because when Ctrl+P is active the completion is totaly missing. Can
be disabled this feature/or can be changed the shortcut keys for navigating
between arguments(Ctrl + right/left arrows)?
