+1 , give us possibility to turn it off. I am using build 944. While debugging, even line by line the screen (and the blue "current command" line) flickers. It is quite annoying.
Please provide an option to disable this in the next release. I've had to go back to a prior build to use IntelliJ because I find this feature very annoying.

I have described this further up: Editing config/options/editor.xml and restarting IDEA will turn it off.
Nothing positive has been said about this so here I go. I have been using 939 since it has been released and like the scroll feature. No headache, no nausea...I think it is great. I can see where some people may be sensitive to this kind of motion however.
