How to select inspection profile used for 'Perform code analysis for affected files'?

Hello Nathan,

Does anyone know where in the UI I can choose this? I have a specific
'cleanup' set of inspections which I'd always like to run on commit.

There is no UI for this at the moment. The standard inspection profile assignments
are used.

Aha... does this need a JIRA then?
When you say "the standard inspection profile assignments are used" what
does this mean exactly? Is it the default project profile that is used,
unless a scoped inspection profile applies to the file?
