Tracker Link Broken

Hello Rob,

Clicking on the 'Tracker' link

http://www.intellij.net/tracker

gives a blank page for the last 3 days(Friday).

This is using IE 6 & Mozilla, english no HTML is sent

I've updated the http://www.intellij.net/ page so that it now points to where
our bug tracking system is actually located.

The Header link at the top right still doesn't point to Jira
either on the main page:
http://www.intellij.net
or on any of the Forum pages.
